The jammer and electronic warfare (EW) aircraft was distinguished by the presence of more advanced equipment. The aircraft was developed on the basis of the An-12 (B). 27 aircraft were built.

| An-12BK-PPS: 1971 - group protection jammer, equipped with the Siren response jamming station and it was equipped in permanent armament (the twin NR-233 type 23mm guns). A total of 19 aircraft were built. |
