The M-14P is a nine-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled, gasoline piston engine with a single-row, star-shaped arrangement of cylinders and carburetor-based mixture formation.  The M-14P engine can be operated on aircraft in both upright and inverted positions.
The M-14P engine continues to be in use in many countries around the world (2026).
