It is not mass produced.
The development for the system Stilet was assigned to the NPO Astrofizika, bureau, under the supervision of head engineer N.D. Ustinov. The system was planned to be placed on a tracklaying vehicle, the development of which was headed by Uraltransmash under the supervision of engineer U.V. Tomashov. There were two prototypes delivered for field and certification testings by the Army and in 1982 were integrated in the Soviet arsenal. Nevertheless, their massive production never begun and only those two machines were manufactured.
The tracklaying vehicle of the SU-100P gun was used as a moving platform for the system 1K11.
One of the two prototypes is located in a army unit in S. Petersburg, but according to information is not in usable condition. The second one was discovered at a tank factory in Kharkov, but all the special equipment was removed.
