The footage was taken by Russian TV in the documentary "Fifth Generation Aircraft" and shows the development of a long-range strategic bomber to replace the Tu-160, Tu-95 MS and Tu-22M3.
It is a heavy bomber, in the shape of a "flying wing" of great elongation (which reminds us quite a bit of the B-2). No further details or what stage the program is at are known.
