It is a very heavy aircraft, capable of flying at very high altitudes, with a high aspect ratio "flying wing" shape (quite reminiscent of the B-2 aircraft).
The "Cruiser" also has a very developed center section of the "flying wing". Armament compartments were placed between the engine blocks.
In the front section there is a special compartment for reconnaissance equipment. Its crew consists of 2 pilots and 8 system operators, while it is noteworthy that there are 4 beds for the rest of the crew, a toilet and a kitchen
"Stealth" technology materials were widely used in the construction of the aircraft. The program was eventually canceled due to lack of sufficient funds.

It carries a radar inside a closed raddome, of unknown construction and is located in the rear of the fuselage on its spine between "nozzles". It is probably a surveillance radar that tracks ground vehicles, surface vessels and aircraft. It has computers and sophisticated ECM and ECCM systems, active and passive.
