A special passively guided anti-radar missile with a wide range sensor, intended primarily, but not exclusively, to engage the Hawk, Nike Hercules and Patriot radars.

The Kh-58U missile is a modernized version of the original Kh-58, with an upgraded sensor and longer range, thanks to a more powerful propulsion system, but also to the redesign of its fins.
