Αlso known as: Izdeliye 62, K-62M

R-60 short-range all-aspect air-to-air missile with infrared guidance. Mainly intended for engagements leading to close air combat and for intercepting UAV'S. It was designed by the "Molnia" design bureau and entered service in 1974. The missile was a significant export success. In the list of users there are more than 26 countries. The export version is designated R-60MK.
