 Launch tests of the EPOS 105.11 were carried out from a modified Tu-95KM aircraft.

 

Test pilots: A. Fastovets, A. Fedotov, V. Menitsky, I. Volk, V. Uryadov, P. Ostapenko. Was tested to exercise approach system and to assess stability and control capability of the aircraft. It was dropped from the height of 5.500 m (carrier aircraft Tu-95).
