The training aircraft is being developed by the Russian company UZGA (Ural Civil Aviation Plant) as part of a competition for the purchase of a new training aircraft for the Russian Air Force. The aircraft was developed mainly to replace old training aircraft. Two-seat, training aircraft with a VK-800SP turboprop engine with a power of 806 hp. (similar to the Austrian aircraft DART-450). The power plant consists of one turboprop VK-800SP with a six-bladed or four-bladed propeller of the AV-410P type from Aerosila. Engine power in takeoff mode is 806 hp.

The two-seat, tandem cockpit is equipped with two K-93 ejection seats of the "0-0" mode. The aircraft has the ability to take off from concrete and unpaved runways.

The prototype made its first flight in 2021 (probably in autumn) and is still in development for 2022.
