The Su-30MK is a two-seat multirole Su-27SK derivative powered by two AL-31F 12.500 kgf engines and featuring uprated avionics and an expanded air-to-air and air-to-surface weapons suite including air-to-surface precision-guided munitions.
The aircraft has an in-flight refuelling capability. 

The first production aircraft completed its maiden flight on 19 May 1999. The Su-30MK has been in production with the KnAAPO since 1999.
