The twin-engine Il-114-300 is essentially an advanced version of the Il-114, it first flight in 2020. It can carry up to 68 passengers or 6.800/1.300 kg of cargo over a distance of 1.400/5.000 km.
The aircraft was developed with the main goal of replacing aircraft of similar class such as ATR-42, ATR-72, Bombardier Q-300, CRJ-100/200 used by Russian airlines and the aging An-24. The aircraft is composed exclusively of domestic systems and equipment of Russian origin. Power is provided by two 2.900 horsepower TV-7-117ST-01 turboprop engines, each of which drives newly designed six-blade AV112-114 type propellers with an increased thrust of 4.000 kg.
The Il-114-300 features a modern cockpit designed according to “glass cockpit” standards and adopting the most modern technological applications.
The aircraft will be produced by UAC enterprises in cooperation: by Aviastar, VASO - branches of PJSC Ilyushin, and Sokol Aircraft Plant. With its final assembly being carried out by JSC Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG.
