A light twin-engine medical helicopter developed by the Italian company Agusta based on the AW-109 Grand.
The helicopter is equipped with a medical module with the ability to transport up to one victim with accompanying medical personnel and provide emergency medical assistance on board the helicopter on the ground and in flight.
The helicopter can carry one stretchers with injured and the accompanying medical staff. The aircraft can also carry an incubator for the transport of newborns or the negative pressure chamber (special capsule for transporting patients with infectious diseases).

Medical helicopter (Emergency Medical Service) Agusta AW-109S Trekker of the National Ambulance Center of Greece. Both aircraft with s/n 22701 and 22704 were delivered in 2020-2021.
