Four-seat, twin-engine, multi-role air surveillance and communications aircraft. The aircraft is designed according to a normal aerodynamic configuration and is a piston twin-engine aircraft with a low-wing straight wing, a tail unit of type "T" and retractable landing gear.
The airframe is made of composite materials based on glass fiber reinforced plastic (fiberglass). The strength and stiffness of the fuselage are ensured by frames and frame web made of carbon fiber. To protect the aircraft skin from ultraviolet radiation and moisture, polyurethane paint is used.
The power plant includes two Austro Engine E4 AE330 series diesel engines with a take-off power of 180 hp each with a three-bladed MTV-6-R-C-F/CF 197-80 propeller.
