The Bell-412EP developed by the American company Bell Helicopter Textron. It is essentially a continuation of the successful versions of the Bell-412 series. It has a new Pratt&Whitney Canada PT6T-3D Twin PAC engine, with a power of 1,342 kW (1.799 h.p.) The main rotor also been improved. The production was launched in 1996.
