Lightweight, multi-purpose, transport-passenger amphibious aircraft with two turboprop engines of the PT6A-67R type (Pratt Whitney) with a power of 2.848 hp (2 x 1424 hp) takeoff power. The power plant is located on both vertical stabilizers with pulling propellers. The aircraft is made according to the scheme of a cantilever monoplane with a high-wing trapezoidal wing. The plumage is two-vertical stabilizer (two keel) with tail unit of type «Τ» and horizontal tail between the vertical stabilizer (keels) with consoles.
