The presentation of the prototype UCAV "SKAT" (a full-size mockup) to the public on August 24, 2007 (MAKS-2007), with a standard collection of air-to-ground weapons (KAB-500) including the X-31P (Kh-31P) anti-radar missile.

Russian company MiG has unveiled its new medium-range unmanned attack vehicle. The development of the UCAV is believed to have taken place in 2005.

The UCAV is propelled by an RD-5000B engine with a maximum thrust of 5.040 kgf, terminating in a rectangular nozzle (probably directional thrust). For the transport of armament there are two bomby bay storage spaces for of up to two "air-to-ground" missiles or two "anti-radar" missiles, with a total weight of approximately 2.000 kg.

It is a mock-up of the UCAV, from which the tail fin is absent, thus significantly reducing the electromagnetic footprint. The nose leg of the landing gear strongly resembles the MiG-AT. In general the "SKAT" is quite similar to the X-45A, and this can be explained by the fact that both systems were developed for almost the same missions.

According to MiG claims, two UACV developments are in progress, one of which will be manned. And also provided will also be an export version.
